About We Rock the Spectrum Shreveport

Rush Family Investments is an LLC created by Jill Rush-Kolodzey with her son, William Rush, and his wife, Hannah Rush. This Christian family resides in Shreveport, Louisiana. Jill holds a master’s and doctorate degree in public health, specializing in maternal and child health. She has been a Louisiana State University System professor for 29 years. Her research and teaching have focused on introducing students to health careers, including public health, medicine, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. William and Hannah are both graduates of Louisiana Tech University. They were high school sweethearts and have been married for eight years with two children, Anna Lynn (8) and Benjamin (3). William works for the LSU Agriculture Center Research Station, focusing on crops, animal science, and community educational events. Hannah is actively involved with her children’s school activities and church initiatives and volunteers her time with the YMCA Parkinson program. Our family life also includes five dogs (including Piper Ann – our service dog in training), a bunny, goats, chickens, and cattle. On a recent trip to Dallas, Texas, we had the opportunity to have Benjamin drop into We Rock the Spectrum in Dallas. He had a fabulous time. This was our first encounter with the WRTS Kids Gym. We knew God had guided us to bring this indoor sensory-safe program to Northwest Louisiana. We strongly believe this Kids Gym will provide the services needed in our hometown.
